Terms & Conditions
At Tailored Deckworks Ltd., we strive for excellence, clarity, and fairness in every project we undertake.
By booking our services, clients agree to the following terms:

Estimates & Invoicing: All work is quoted prior to commencement. Final invoice may vary if scope changes — any additional costs will be approved beforehand.

Payment Terms: Invoices are due within 7 days of completion unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Project Scope: We take pride in clear communication and professional workmanship. Scope, materials, and timelines will be confirmed in writing.
Insurance & Liability
We are fully insured for marine services, including:

Tailored Deckworks Ltd. assumes no liability for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or delays caused by weather, supplier shortages, or inaccessible work areas.

We are committed to sustainable and responsible practices. Where possible, we use eco-conscious materials, dispose of waste responsibly, and aim to reduce environmental impact on all jobs.
Privacy & Data
Your contact details and personal information will never be shared, sold, or misused. We use your details solely for communication and project administration.
Safety Onboard
For onboard jobs, clients must ensure the area is safe, accessible, and clear of non-essential personnel. We reserve the right to postpone work if safety is compromised.
